Who we are - Color Lab

We are Rouben & Silvia Keshguerian.

I moved down to NC from NJ, met Silvia in High School and the rest is history. I studied Business and Global Logistics at UNCG while my wife studied communications at GTCC. We both started running our parents restaurants while going to school. After we got married, we took a leap of faith and moved to NJ to look after my grandmother while creating our own path.

I began working at a tech company where I ran the operations and services departments for the copier division. This is where I received all my training and certifications while gaining the experience and knowledge I needed to eventually go out on my own.

It was early 2020 when we came down to visit our parents and the opportunity to take over Rapid Refill presented itself. With my experience in mind, I understood the major expense that is ink & toner, so we loved this idea of providing a service at a more reasonable price point. When Covid hit and we both lost our jobs, we decided to commit and go full throttle on growing this business. We had no idea what to expect because everyone was shutting down and life was at a standstill. Opened our doors April 1st 2020, offered curbside, delivery services to all and made it our mission to be the most affordable place around. As time went on, we gained the trust and support of our customers and made friends along the way. Our business is family owned and operated and we even have the help of our pup Hudson, who many of our customers know and love. We thrive on building relationships with each one of our customers. Since day one we have taken steps to expand our services and products to fulfill the needs of every customer, as well as providing exceptional customer service. With growth and innovation in mind, we recently created the idea of an all in one mobile solution.
